Delicious food, exceptional service and magnificent view of Hyde park. The fabulous staff working throughout the hotel. A nice bar on site. What a fantastic stay, no complains at all.

This is a wonderful hotel with superfriendly staff at the reception desk. Rooms are comfortable quiet with park view, even walking, as example, food is brilliant. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Victoria and Albert Museum. There's a subway station walk from the place.

The Art Deco furnishings were fine, while dining options felt quite limited.

Consider requesting the personalized concierge services. they can enhance your stay by arranging unique experiences not widely advertised.

The pervasive cigar smoke odor throughout the hotel is intolerable!!! The lack of family-friendly options and amenities could really use an upgrade for the hotel's luxury status!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the incredible breakfast served to my room and the refreshing cocktails at the bar. The spa had a lovely relaxation room and a great steam room, which made my downtime so much better. If I had to nitpick, it would be great to see a wider variety of dishes on the in-room dining menu. 😊

luxury experience but limited public area

The staff provided really good service, always addressing us by name and attending to our needs with a genuine smile. The noise insulation in the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The Executive Room was pretty excellent. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the luxurious linens. No noise at all, so I had a restful sleep. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. The decor was nice too, really upscale. The bathroom had some cool features like radiant heating, a nice touch. Just wish there were more accessible lounge areas nearby, felt a bit cramped at times.

I stayed here for a short trip to explore some of London's iconic attractions. The staff's attention was remarkable, making me feel valued throughout my visit. The room was beautifully designed, really showcasing the luxury you'd expect. I also appreciated the location, with an underground station conveniently right outside, making it easy to get around the city.
